Our Purpose and Our Mission

Our mission is to advocate in support of constitutional freedoms, civil rights, human rights or other protections under the Constitution of Canada before courts, administrative bodies and government decision makers in matters or proceeding where such issues are engaged.

To further promote access to justice, our legal services are provided entirely on a pro bono basis.  This includes support for groups who have experienced injustice or inequality and those who have experienced exclusion or barriers in society.
