Charter Advocates Canada (“CAC”) is seeking an experienced litigator who desires a fulfilling career change with the motivation to defend Canada’s free and democratic society.
Thanks to funding from the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms, CAC has a growing team of lawyers and paralegals on the front lines of defending freedom across Canada.
As a Senior Constitutional Litigator, your primary job responsibilities with CAC will be to
- represent and advise Canadians in regard to their constitutional rights
- develop and implement effective case strategies;
- lead and collaborate with legal teams; and,
- litigate before courts and tribunals across Canada.
Compensation will be commensurate with work quality and experience.
