Job Title:
Administrative Assistant (Remote)

Location: Remote

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to litigation and corporate management.  This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, flexible, proactive, and very comfortable working in an online and remote environment. A high level of maturity and professionalism is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary administrative support to the Litigation Director
  • Establish and maintain tracking systems for various management and reporting purposes.
  • Update and monitor management calendars.
  • Manage and maintain records within Clio (legal practice management software)
  • Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets and internal tracking systems
  • Coordinate internal communications and assist with team organization
  • Draft, format, and proofread professional correspondence and reports
  • Perform other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting senior leadership
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data tracking, organization, and reporting)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Experience using Clio or other legal case management systems
  • Familiarity with reporting for donors, nonprofits, or legal/litigation environments
